While I guarantee your order will be completed and shipped within the stated processing time, Things by Shay Inc. is not responsible for shipping carrier transit times or delays once the package has been sent.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within 10 days of delivery

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order submission

  • If you have any issues with your order, please reach out so we can work toward a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of these items, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Conditions of Return
