Processing Times

The time needed to make and prepare an order for shipping varies. Please see the details on each listing.

Please keep in mind that while your order will be completed and ready for shipping within the processing time shown on the listing, Things by Shay Inc is not responsible for shipping times or any shipping delays.


Returns and Exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and the amount of the original shipment will be deducted from any refunds. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
